NOT GUILTY VERDICT IN DAKOTA COUNTY TRIAL.
After a lengthy trial, a Dakota County trial judge has found our client not guilty on all counts of sexual misconduct.  Michael Colich represented our client in this two-week trial.

MURDER CHARGE IS DISMISSED.
Our client was arrested and charged with murder in the second degree.  After an extensive investigation and review of the criminal case by Michael Colich & Associates, all charges against our client were dismissed by the prosecutor.

CRIMINAL SEXUAL CONDUCT CHARGES AGAINST CLIENT DISMISSED IN STEARNS COUNTY.
Michael Colich represented a former school teacher charged with criminal sexual conduct in the second degree.  Colich argued to the district court judge that there was insufficient evidence that his client acted with any sexual or aggressive intent.   The district court judge agreed and dismissed all charges.

THREE MURDER TRIALS WITHIN THE LAST TWO YEARS.
In the last two years, Michael Colich has represented clients in three separate murder trials.  After lengthy trials in all three matters, all three defendants were found not guilty.
